The taxes are over $8100.......I know where the house is, but I dont know about the taxes...Seems to be way too much

Too good to be true?
IMO 8200K taxes isnt' a dream..that is pretty HIGH. Especially for a 3 bedroom!

Yeah, honestly I have to say that house doesnt look so great...looks like it needs alot of updating, is small and the price isn't so great. Taxes are kinda high too...

it's N. Bellmore schools and Bellmore-Merrick CHSD... we're in Merrick, and it is about that price too... it's PRICY for BMCHSD!
