Can I put a video that I made on windows up on myspace? Or is it just their videos. I am a myspace virgin

You can upload it to youtube.com and post it from there. (or onetruemedia.com, any of the online video sites)

 I made it on photostory 3 which isi a program so I guess I can't use it

yes you can! I have one on my page that I made with photostory 3!
you can upload the photostory 3 movie to youtube.com (or another video hosting website, but I like youtube because the code is right there).
There is a box that says Embed with the code listed right next to the video... copy that code and paste in where you want it on your myspace profile.

Thanks, I hope I can figure this out. I've never used youtube before. I am attempting it now.
