My last appt was yesterday!
I was 37 weeks, 5 days. Had an u/s and baby turned again and is head down. The dr. also *thinks* that baby dropped and is engaged, so he may not turn back, but we are still going ahead with the c/s a week from today. BUT, if i go into labor on my own before then, I can still try for a VBAC.
He was measuring between 6 lbs 13 oz and 7lbs 3oz....they couldnt get a VERY accurate estimate b/c he was practicing his breathing and it was hard for them to get a good reading of his abdomen.
My Strep B came back negative, but there was E-Coli in the lab work, so I have some kind of infection and I'm on Amoxicillin. My dr. said the brownish discharge that I had that I thought could have possible been my mucous plug probably was not and was from the infection.
So basically thats is. I didnt get an internal since I'm going in a week for my section. Oh, and I got REALLY cute profile pics - they look JUST like my daughters did at this stage! I cant post em though unless I take pictures of them, and I'm too lazy right now.

I scheduled it b/c he was transverse for most of my pregnancy. I went thru the same thing with my daughter. She was sideways one week and head down the next and actually turned sideways again while I was in labor, so even though he's head down now, I dont think he would stay. I can only afford 6 weeks maternity leave and cant really work much longer, so we figured it would just be easier to schedule....I am working up until Tuesday and then starting my mat. leave....
