My first pregnancy post...and 2nd time moms-I have a cramping question.
Hi everyone. I am a regular LIF poster...and I swore I wasn't going to create a fake name when I got pregnant, but here I am fake name and all. (I am using a fake name because some family of mine is on this site and I haven't told them yet.)
I just got a BFP on Friday, and I have a question about cramping. This is my second pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I remember a lot of cramping right around the time my period was due and it continuing through the first trimester.
This pregnancy so far I have had very little cramping. Could it be because I have already been pregnant that my uterus doesn't need as much stretching? I am just hoping it is not a bad sign that I am not feeling anything.
I am happy to be here with you all - and I hope you will still accept me with open arms even though I am being secretive at the moment. Happy and healthy pregnancies to everyone.

I am no expert, but I don't think that no cramping on your 2nd pregnancy is a bad sign.

I didn't have a lot of cramping with either pregnancy. I wouldn't worry.

I would say every pregnancy is different. For my second pregnancy I had very bad cramping in the first few weeks (enough that I needed a sono to confirm it wasn't etopic). After that not one cramp.

Had horrible cramping with #1, and no cramping with #2!
