do you think he'd still fit in the newborn clothes and diapers?

At her i month check-up, DD weighed 9lbs, 3oz. She was still wearing NB clothes and Swaddlers. She has her 2 month apt. today and she's wearing the size 1 Swaddlers (barely) and we are JUST retiring her NB clothes this week....

DS was 7 lbs 14 oz and wore newborn pampers until his bris at 8 days. We then switched him to pampers size 1 and at 2 weeks he is still in size one. DS never fit into the gerber newborn onesies. He went right into the 0-3 month onesies and every brand of 0-3 seems to fit him. At his 2 week appointment on Tuesday he was already 8 lbs. He went down to 7 lbs 2 oz. in the hospital.
He is also 21 inches long. I think the length plays a major part in sizing too.
