DS had a low grade fever for about 24hrs and pretty much slept all day.

I always gave Alex a dose of tylenol right before her vaccinations - it seemed to help. She would often sleep A LOT after vaccinations, but would also get a little fussier, crying out in her sleep, and sometimes would develop a low grade fever for a day or so.

I gave DD some tylenol after we got home - just as a precaution. She slept a lot that day - basically just waking to eat and then going back to sleep. Other than that, she was fine.

we're going today too
so far she's been fine after the last 2 (Hep) shots but I think today is going to be different

I gave DS tylenol when he got home ~ he sleeps more after shots... good luck!

Ann slept for HOURS after but SCREAMED for about a half hour when she finally woke up 
No fever but gave her Tylenol for about 24 hours.
