My day- a very crazy story- Enjoy the laugh, but it's very TMI poop related
So, I have been checking weekly at all the Best Buys and Toys R Us on LI for the Wii Fit, which I desperately want. After about of month of this, I check this morning and they have it at Best Buy! In Riverhead, which is about an hour from me. But, I order it, pack the kids up in the car, and off we go to Riverhead.
We get there, and I pick up my Wii Fit. YAY!!!!!!!! My 4 yo DD had been so good in the car, that I tell her we can go over to Borders, in the same shopping center so she can pick out a book. As we're about to go into Borders, my 10 month old DD lets out a HUGE, LONG fart that lasts forever!!! She laughed the whole time. As my older DD picks out her book, I start to smell THE SMELL. We go into the restroom and I realize that it is like someone took a poop hose to the inside of the kid's clothes! And of course, I have no change of clothes!! She was covered in poop from her neck to her knees. I took her outfit off her, threw it in the garbage, and tried to clean up the mess with wipes. It wasn't helping. I ended up locking the bathroom door, stripping the baby down to nothing, and rinsing her in the sink  I have never had to do anything so totally disgusting in all my 9 years of parenting.
Finally, I put a new diaper on her, put her coat on with nothing on under it, and wrapped a receiving blanket around her legs. Somehow, her socks were unscathed. I have no idea how.
We made it home more or less in one piece, but my older DD got sick in the car on the way home. What a day!!! It's just now starting to be funny, but still very gross.
And yes, I gave them both a bath the second we walked in the door.
Hope you enjoyed the totally gross day in Riverhead that I had!!!!

OMG, it sounds awful, but I was cracking up reading this...the poop hose, made me LOL!!!

I am sorry, and I am sure if this was me I would be flustered.
But as I was reading this I was . And I laughed really loud at the poop hose comment.
Glad you guys all arrived home safely and all in 1 piece.

The SAME thing happened to me at Christmas except we were on a plane in first class. My son pooped through his diaper TWICE and completely destroyed his clothes. We didn't have another change of clothes with us.
