My dad wants to know what to get Dh for Christmas
Any ideas?
I have no idea. Why does my dad wait until the last minute? oh yeah, he lives in Florida, so the gift would have to be shipped to us in NY. AND my dad HAS to get it to DH in time for Christmas. UMMMM... then you should have asked me this like two weeks ago. ARRRGGHHH!
I am having a hard time with this because my DH told me of ten things he wanted I bought five of them and the rest of the family bought everything else. I figured that my dad already bought him his gift. Dad, why are you doing this to me on December 19th at 10:53 PM??????????????????????? 
Please help me with some ideas. My DH is a computer programmer who runs, hikes, swims, kayaks, competes in marathons and triathalons. He has an Ipod, all the "gear" he needs and is VERY picky about his "gear" (like bike equipment, kayaking stuff, sneakers, etc.)
Any ideas? TIA!

Good Idea, but my brother and SIL got him one for $100 and we saw them on Saturday to exchange Christmas gifts. Thanks for trying.

I am going to email him back and tell him to just get DH this. My dad does not like giving GC's and I know he is going to pressure me into coming up with something.

Dina what about this site? Excitations.com they have unique, adventure type gifts. One is a Wolf watch experience in a wolf preserve - in NJ near the Delaware Water Gap I think...
anyway I know he doesn't like to get GC's but this is for something DH would probably like and have to book on his own schedule KWIM?

Or for a Hot Air Balloon ride? BIL did this a few months ago, there are a few places in Middletown.
