My dad is selling..
My dad is going to be putting his house up for sale in May. It's in Kings Park and has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, split level, fenced in yard with 2 decks, garage, and driveway. The house is small, but really cute and in great condition. My dad and his wife are retiring to New Hampshire. He will consider any offers over $400K. If anyone is interested please FM me. I just though I would post here for anyone looking! I know he would rather sell himself then go through a real estate agent.

Yes, and post pictures too if you can, plot size, heat type and all that jazz. That would definitely help!

Thanks. I will def post it. If anyone is interested now, he is happy to show it. I will have to take some pics next time I'm over there.
Not sure about the lot size, or heating. I know a new roof was just put on 2 months ago and the taxes are in the 5's.
Any other info you need let me know and I will find out for the posting.
