my 2.5 year old cat is suddenly so bad

ok in the past 5 days

she ate half of an only navy rubber flip flop

knocked a full glass of ice tea onto a cream rug

and she chewed my laptop wire- thank god I don't leave it pluged in or she could have died

I am getting scared to leave her home alone

she was never perfectly behaved...but she seems to be going backwards not forwards

I don't know what to do!

Has anything changed in the house?
Anything to upset her or make her act out?

My cat used to act out when we went away, or changed furniture around etc.

Sometimes the smallest little things can set them off.

actually now that I think about it- she is acting like her old self

this is her 4th apartment this year- and I feel like she is finally comfortable

she is sleeping on the bed - which she hasn't done since we left bayside

I come home to find her sleeping next to my other cat- another thing I haven't seen in months

she is purring all the time

she has never been happier- she is acting very cute and not hiding anymore either

I guess she is just a handful

she is very funny....I am glad she is acting this way now b/c it means she is ok

I guess it took her 8 months to forgive me- that's a 1/3 of her life

I can only imagine how confusing this year has been for her

she was serparted from Pokey (my male cat) for a week

she hid under my friends bed and would only come out when she heard me downstairs

then I take her back to pokey and new small apartment- with a huge dog and a cat down stairs

then 6 months later I pack her up again and take her to a new apartment-

I guess she finally likes it and realizes that even though we move...she always has a home
