My 15 month old has turned into a party girl (sleep help needed)

Nina will no longer fall asleep till around 12am sometimes later. She sleeps through the night and wakes at around 11:15am. Im going nuts. Now, I like the waking late part but she can not keep staying up that late. I would use CIO but she doesn't cry. She just sits and plays in her crib and refuses to sleep. I have no idea how to handle this. I make sure she doesnt nap too late but then sometimes she will sleep from 8-10pm and then be wide awake. I am desperate for some alone time with DH.

What time do you want her to go to bed? Does she still nap during the day? Can you wake her up a little earlier each day (and put her to bed a little earlier too). If it were me, I would try moving her whole schedule back by 15-30 minute intervals each day or every other day--but i am no expert! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
