MTHFR & Factor V
My recent blood tests showed that I have MTHFR and Factor V blood clotting issues.
I am seeing a hematologist next week but RE said I will probably just need baby aspirin or heparin.
Anyone have experience with this?
I've been seeing it here and there on this board. Anything I should know?
Yay! I'm getting much closer to starting my next cycle.
I'm glad my new RE was able to find something that my old RE never even looked for.

I am homozygous for MTHFR and also have elevated anticardiolipin
I take lovenox, BA and Folgard

I also have MTHFR (I forget which kind) and take Folgard and baby aspirin every day.

I am heterozygous for MTHDF Factor V. When I got pregnant in February, I was put on baby aspirin at first and then when we got a heartbeat, Lovenox. Also, I get extra RX Folic Acid.
Unfortunately, I lost the pregnacy, but not due the MTHFR>
