Since your name is "Mrs Porkchop" I gather you have lots of delicious porkchop recipes up your sleeve!

I am in need of one for tonights, dinner I have 3 porkchops (no bone) to make.
I am looking for something that wont take toooo long ( I have made stuffed ones in the past and they took 1 hour to cook and hour just to get the stufing made)

Also, something not fried , I nomrally use oven fry and just bake them but its getting kind of old! lol

ANy suggesstions?


And my second questions, so I bought the marsala wine for the sweet sausage marsala dish you recommend not knowing all I needed was 1 tbsp. LOL!
What else I can use this for (possibly my porkchops?)
