morning sickness
This morning I woke up feeling very nauseous, but did not get sick. It didn;t last too long. I was wondering what does everyone do to feel better. I ate some crackers and felt better. Gingerale usually works when I'm sick. Any other tips?

Lemon candies and those things they sell - "preggo drops"....you can buy them at modern maternity....hope you feel better!

I drank seltzer with lemon. It was the only thing to make me feel better.

I had severe MS..heres some things that minimized MS but somer were less effective. Nothing really STOPPED it for me...
Peppermints- the best
Gingerale- second choice
chewing gum- somewhat worked (peppermint or spearmint)
Sea bands -no effect on me at all
Lots and Lots of sleep
