More Atkins Questions
Can you show me a sample of what you eat for brreakfast, linch and dinner?
Do I have to eat a certain amount of fat and protein a day? Am I supposed to keep track of this?

Fitday.com is great to keep track
During induction the ratio is 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs
as you move on the fat/carb ratio changes
For breakfast I usually have the pumpkin/cream cheese combo, or some sort of eggs....I've also had chicken salad, leftover dinner, etc. I find this to be the HARDEST meal!
Lunch is usually salad with grilled chicken or steak and blue cheese...I throw all kinds of stuff in there...I also make meatloaf, hamburgers, taco meat, etc and freeze it for lunches...
Dinner is any kind of meat plus salad and/or veggies
