I have not noticed a difference. They both poop once a day and I guess a normal amount.

Oh no.... My DD is a pooping machine. Almost 2 years old and still going up to 3x a day  My DS luckily is down to once a day or even every other day. But he did tell me once he did a man-sized poop when I went in to wipe him

DS poops more often, but his poops are harder than DD's were. DD's were like explosions in her diapers.
