Moms that breastfeed... what vitamin do you take?
I hate my prenatals... so her ped said I could just take Centrum... just wondering what you all take? Thanks!!

I kept taking my prenatals..Prenate Elite. I never had a problem with them.

we talked about this at the last GTG----u can take flinstones if u want! lol- if u read the back of the prenatals and flinstones, there isnt much of a difference (flinstones just have a little less than prenatals)...so take 2 flinstones if u want, i wish i did! those prenatals tasted like butt and they were so expensive! i took stuarts and they were like $30 a bottle!

I take Duet DHA prenatals. I thought about taking flintstones but they contain aspartame and I try to avoid that.

I took my prescription prenatals for about 1mth pp then I just picked up over the counter Stuart prenatals(the generic version of it actually much cheaper!) .

Spring Valley Prenatal I've been taking since pregnancy, $8.95 for 240 tablets.
