Mommy and Me Yoga Class
There is a place on Merrick Rd. in Wantagh that can offer this class - but they need some people to sign up. At the moment they are proposing Thursdays at noon.
Is anyone interested? It would begin Sept. 20. If so maybe we can form a group so they can formalize the class...

I think th eprice will depend on how many people they get - but they said definitely under $20 a class...I think you may be able to pay as you go.

I work 1 thursday a month 12-6 but I am def interested if I can pay as I go that would be better too. Keep me posted, thanks

If they ever do the class on Friday's I would definitely be interested. That's the only weekday I don't work. Let me know if the day changes.

Donna, usually babies can go there without a problem. You can do movements with them (but it's not really "yoga").

I wouldn't do Fridays because they have a class at the L-town Library on Fridays beginning in October that we want to go to.
But they seem to be very accomodating and willing to set up a class for 2 or more people.

I don't have the phone # since I called when I drove by but ut is right next to the Wantagh Pkwy on Merrick.
Here is the reply I got:
The rates for Mom & Me will be the same as our regular rate, although
it would be a separate class. Currently I am in process of contacting
another lady who had contacted us about the class. If we can get both
of you to agree to day and Time, we will set up the class for the 2
of you.
Thursdays at noon.
We would request that you purchase a 10 class card for $150.
