Mirena vs. Paraguard IUD
Which one do you have and why would you recommend it. Not sure which one to go with.

I do not have one but want one after my next DC, I want the Paraguard b/c it's hormone free. I don't want to have to have the hormones so it's not a hard choice for me

I have Paraguard and have no problems. I didn't want any hormones either. My period is shorter (went from 8-10 days to about 5 days). I don't even know it is in.
I plan on taking it out right before we TTC in the spring.
