Meal Ideas for Stuffed Pork Chops
I am making stuffed pork chops for DH for V-Day, but I don't know what to make with it. Any ideas? I'll probably make some yummy salad but I need another side dish. Whatcha think?

mmm...sounds good .. wanna post a recipe??? i usually serve rice and corn with pork chops. or a baked potato...or you could do red potatoes

Well, it sounds like I am being much more creative than I actually am. DH is picking up the pork chops already stuffed from the butcher so all I have to do is pan fry them and then throw em in the oven.

a twice baked potato sounds yummy... or mashed potatoes, or maybe even sweet potato fries or egg noodles, and for veggies i would do sweetened carrots or garlic sauted broccoli... or maybe roasted brussel sprouts...it all depends on what you like... ok im making myself hungry so i have to stop...
