Meal ideas for 1 year old?
So we just had Kieran's 1 year well visit today and he can have so many more foods now- berries, whole eggs, honey, citrus! Plus, we have been giving him milk over the past week to test his milk allergy and he seems to be over it  !!! So basically, he's cleared to eat just about everything now! I want to start giving him a lot more variety in his meals now. What are some healthy meals you make your one year olds? TIA!

Anything we eat. He east chicken cutlets, all different kinds of pasta and soups, omelets (good way to sneak in some vegies), mac n cheese (sometimes homemade, sometimes from a box), yogurt, grilled cheese, falafel balls, broccoli bites, etc...

DS eats what we eat. Last night we had skillet chicken with rice, broc, green/red peppers and onions.

I used to make DS chicken balls (meat balls) and freeze them - zap for a few seconds and dinner was ready on nights we didn't feel like cooking.
