I respect him tremendously as well. I am an Obama supporter but I soooo respect Mccain and I feel for him. I think he wanted to help this country...God Bless him.

What a wonderful speech. He's a fantastic man.
Doesn't matter how I feel about their policies... I have never been so convinced that there were two candidates who dearly loved this country and who both are really committed to becoming president because they really want to improve the place we live. I don't think either of them had 'ego' involved in their run.

I am also an Obama supporter and McCain is a great guy. He took the loss as a good sport and I applaud him for that.

I can't help but cry. John McCain truly would have been an amazing PRESIDENT in a time where we need him the most. While I am more than proud at the history that was made today and respectful of President Obama, this breaks my heart.

He is a great man and I just wish he ran a better campaign. I would have voted for him if he did. He should have shown how different he is from Bush. Because he really is very different and he just didn't do a good enough job showing that. I feel bad for him because the country is so anti-Bush right now that he really did not stand a chance.
I am happy for Obama and as some one else said I wish it were Hillary but I'm happy it's Obama.
