Maybe this is a sign I should stop eating bagels!
I totally fell in the bagel store parking lot this morning  I'm ok.
Of course I was wearing tan cordoroys and have a big black mark on the knee and I feel like a slob at work but there was no time to go home and change.

glad you are okay and i think its a sign that you need to eat MORE bagels and get more cushioning in case it happens again!
