maternity leave question...
Even though my boss has asked me several times if I plan to come back after my leave, I have always answered, that its part of my plan (to be honest, I am not sure what I am doing yet).
My question is, I've have heard they are not supposed to ask you if you're coming back before you leave. Is that true? Is that illegal for them to ask? It's really not their business at this point what I plan to do.
