major TMI!!
so i started taking b-complex vitamins with b6 and folic acid yesterday. i didn't think anything of the fact that the pills are very yellow...
until i starting peeing fluorescent green!!
i was so    for a minute, thinking something was seriously wrong...
 oh, well i hope that means they are working!!

just an FYI, if you are taking B12 make sure it is sublingual lozenge, otherwise your body does not absorb the vitamin.

Thank you for informing us. Because if we need to take these vitiamns we will know when this happens that it is normal. Also if we eat a pint of blueberries we will know when that happens that is normal. We learn so much here on LIFamilies.
