major anxiety issues
I am going in for an egg retrieval next week and I am having major anxiety and I am not new at this this is my 4th round it is so bad that i can't sleep and my blood pressure that I just took was 164/114 now that is not good I am totally freaking out please help

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way! I know how hard IVF is! Egg retrevials are no fun!
Have you tried Accupuncture? I found this really relaxing. I had accupuncture the day before retrevial, the day off and right after retrevial. I am a big beleiver in Asian medicine!

I have to agree with Stacey...please try to relax. It's the single most important thing through IVF.

Try to relax, easier said than done I know, as Stacy said try accupuncture it is relaxing.

well I am doing better my pmd told me to take a few xanex for a few days and suggested to the RE to give me something the day of the retrieval to calm me down thanks guys I asked about the accupuncture my INS doesn't cover for infertility but I can't afford right now
