Totally hit or miss. I got a great deal on Chaises. My hubby and I found two brown leather chaises mis markes for 150 each (they were supposed to be 499) but we fought because they were marked that way, PLUS I had a coupon, so we got them. Then they screwed up delivery (they did not show up at my house until 11pm!!!! so i got a $100 credit issued.
so all in all GREAT DEAL!!

We got a sofa & loveseat for $300 (market $499 then I used gift cards).
In great condition.

just make sure the furniture is attractive. sometimes they sell their least selling (read not as aesthetically pleasing) pieces...
also, the floor samples can sometimes be stained/damaged in certain spots. if you find something you like, make sure to go over it with a fine-toothed comb.
