Well I eat a fairly low processed carb diet. Meaning I try not to eat bread and pasta. I do eat tons of veg and fruits.
I've seen a huge change in my body. My weight hasn't really been affected (I didn't need to loose weight) but my muscle definition is more obvious and I just look leaner.

I get great results from low carb dieting! I find the hardest part is the start because I crave carbs like nobody's business....but once your body adjusts, it's great. Very few cravings, great weight loss results, and definite body changes.
