EKO got thrown against trees but that big black cloud that flies around... he's dead. Ben asked Jack to perform spinal surgery to get rid of the tumor. Then Juliet came in and told him she had a movie... it was really her holding up cards telling him to botch the surgery because the people are tired of Ben. That's all I can really remember. Hope it helps!
