lost 7lbs so far w ww BUT...UPDATE!!!
i think this week i didnt lose anything is that possible? i didnt do anything different, its not like i pigged out or went off the diet? im just lil a sad
UPDATE: OK SO AFTER TWO FULL WEEKS OF NOOOOOOOOOO WEIGHT LOSS AND FRUSTRATION AND AGRIVATION I LOST 2.5 LBS TODAY!!!!!!!!! I FEEL SOOOOOO AWESOME....IM NOW DOWN 9.5LBS!!!!

that happens sometimes... sometimes you will even gain a bit, no matter how good you were... just dont get off track and stay on it... 7lbs was a great start, keep going!!

She's right!! Don't get yourself worked up over it. I know my body tends to be every other week. One week I have a very small loss like .2 and then the next I may have over 3.
Just focus on the trend. Overall you're losing weight....as much as it sucks these things take time.
