I ordered Elmo choc. lollipops from a lady on ebay. So many people on ebay sell them and thye look really cute.
I also made Elmo cupcakes (don't have a pic) but you can google Elmo cupcakes and you will see what I am referring to.
Got tons of balloons, and Elmo partyware.
Had Elmo character come and dance

We sort of had an elmo themed 1st birthday party.
I made chocolate elmo lollipops, I got a birthday banner from Celebrateexpress.com
I also made an elmo cake and we did elmo balloon centerpieces. Image Attachment(s):
