you can probably stuff it with just about anything...
-chicken parmesan
-spinach or broccoli with garlic, ricotta & mozzarella
-sausage, peppers, onions and mozzarella
-ricotta and mozzarella

this is what i do, you can put anything in them ...I buy the premade pizza dough from the supermarket or pizza place and roll it out and stuff it with ricotta and mozzarella and then what ever everybody wants in theirs ....then bake them its easy and YUMMY

That is what I have done as well. They are very good! I personally just like cheese, but be creative with it!
