I don't have a lawyer. But I filed both a federal and state complaint against a hospital that shall remain nameless in NYC for what I thought was a violation of my HiPAA rights and was told by both the Feds and NYS Dept of Health that the hospital was not in violation of the law, despite them losing my medical information

This has to do with breaking confidentiality between therapist/patient to another patient....
