Looking for a Good stroller and carrier for a short person. Any recs?
I am 5 feet, and looking to hopefully find a stroller that is comfortable to push for a short person. DH is about 5'8". I added the city mini to my registry but havent checked it out yet ( we are going this weekend). But my friend told me they liked the city mini b/c it was good for tall people (her DH is really tall). I know I really need to go there and try it out, but now I am worried it wont be comfy for me to push. Any opinions?? Any other suggestions of strollers that arent ridiculously priced?
Also, what about a carrier? I am looking into the Ergo baby carrier...but again, not sure how good it is for short people. Any recs??

Well, I'm 5 feet too and Dh is 6 feet! So, i went to BBB and tried a WHOLE bunch of strollers out. We were both comfortable with the Graco Metrolite- I like that it was sooo light & east to close!
We also went with the Graco Snugride. It seemed light enough and I liked the pattern (lol) and so I got the Snap & go Frame for it too!
We were both comfortable pushing both strollers and carrying the car seat.
I would def go and try a few out.
DH and I always have to do this, for EVERYTHING because of the big height difference..you should have seen us trying to agree on a couch! LOL

same for us....except my dh is not 6'

I am 5'4 & DH is 6'6. I like the city mini, and so did he. That is what we went with. It is so easy to push, and handles so well. I am able to fold & unfold it with one hand which was a huge plus for me. Once you guys go & test drive them you will see what works for you. The city mini did work for both of us though.

I am 5' and havent found any strollers uncomfortable to push because of my height. I have the Bug and a Maclaren but am prob getting the City Mini double and found it fine in the store.
Re the carrier, all i can say is dont get a Baby Bjorn! Not made for us short girls AT ALL!

Me too! Well I am 5'5 and DH is 6'6 and the City Mini is perfect for both and soo easy to use/push/open-close. I am a dork but its my favorite thing I registered for and cant wait to use it 
I think maybe you should just go try them at the store yourselves but I think it would work for your height as well. HTH

i'm 5'1" and like my Bjorn. I"m also trying a mei tai this time but slings haven't worked well for me. i haven't found any stroller to be a problem, nor has my 6' tall husband.
