I could have sworn that I read that she had been requesting a section all along. Don't know how true this is, though.

i read she abolutely did NOT want tehm filming the birth.... BUT supposedly kevin wanted her to do it (gee i wonder why?!$$$$ )
so HE will be probably doing a home video and she will then decide if she will release THAT footage.

but who knows.

if theyre going to record it i hope they do professional... that show of theirs was unbearable to watch, not justy how dumb it was, but how poorly they recorded it all! i saw the blair witch once, and that was enough.

i just read an article yesterday that said she wanted to schedule a c section becuase she is afraid to give birth.

lol i begged my doc when i was pregnant with my son and he looked at me like i had 2 heads ....it was my first child and i was petrified Here is the article it under (britneys name game) it wouldnt work when i tried to insert her actual story!

I'm sure she scheduled it for convenience reasons. I can't say I completely object, as I considered a scheduled c-section myself because I was afraid of labor (turns out I was right to be!). But they are saying that more and more of these celebs are scheduling early c-sections in order avoid late term stretch marks. THAT, I think is wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised if Britney's belly shows up magically stretch mark free 6 weeks later. While her baby ends up being born weighing less than she would have if she had gone full term.

I can't help but get mad when people schedule c-sections for selfish reasons...no one should take for granted being able to go full term and giving birth to a healthy baby.

I was told that more than likely if I have another child it will be another c-section...but this is because of my past history...not because of my vanity or fear....because trust me...nothing is scarer than watching your child fight to live....I would take on any amount of pain or discomfort for my child's sake.

I already told my doc...that I would not schedule a section....I would wait to go into labor...because the baby is telling us that he or she is ready....the only way I would do a section earlier is if the baby was in trouble and it was better for the baby to be born.

I know that many people will disagee with me and that's fine...everyone is entitled to their own opionion...and maybe I would feel differently if it wasn't for past experiences...this is just how I feel.

i have to agree. i think it is absurd to schedule a c-section for vanity or fear. will doctors do this??
