Location for a casual work party

I'm a teacher and I'm trying to help the planners of our end-of-year party come up with a good location for it. We have done the catering hall thing and are looking for something more casual.

A few years ago, we had it at some place in Massapequa (now closed). It had a huge outdoor covered deck with a bar and 8-person round tables to sit for dinner. The food was served buffet style and was quite good. Some place like this would be perfect. It wasn't as stuffy or expensive as a catering hall, yet we had our own space for the festivities.

South shore isn't a must, but anything from western suffolk to eastern nassau would work best. We're a rowdy bunch and i'd like to help find the best location.
Any suggestions?

I just checked out the website. It looks exactly like what we're looking for. Do you know how the food is there?
Thanks!

What about a bowling alley. My oild job Bowlmar Lanes & then later Chelsea Piers. We had appetizers along with beer & soda and we got to bowl two games (shoe rental was also included).
