Local Gym - St. James Area
Hi All,
I was surfing the web and found this great site! I was hoping someone had some insight. I recently became a stay at home mom and I'm looking to join a gym. I've heard the Energy on 25A in St. James has classes and a daycare. Does anyone know anything about this gym? I also heard Gold's Gym in Smithtown has good classes but I don't know if they have a daycare.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
