As has been well documented by various publications, despite her stint in rehab and various trips to AA meetings, Lindsay Lohan is still hitting the booze.
The troubled actress paid a visit last week to the Izakaya Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles, where she ordered green tea after being carded by the waitress, reports In Touch Weekly.
The mag says that an older friend of Lindsay's then ordered sake for the table, where a spywitness spotted La Lohan drinking the alcoholic beverage from her teacup.
Her rep denies that she was drinking, as one would expect from a publicist.
Meanwhile, Lindsay' hard-pAArtying mom, Dina Lohan was partying up a storm in Miami Beach this past weekend.
She racked up an almost $1,000 booze bill at one club.

Yet, despite eyewitness accounts and publicists planting item that they comped her drinks, Dina is denying she was boozing.
"We weren't drinking at all," she says. "We were there to see a DJ named Justin and possibly sign him."
