Lightheaded and dizziness 4 weeks PP??

I have, for the past two days, been getting very lightheaded a lot and dizzy.. where I have to sit down and take deep breaths... or i may pass out.... I am 4 weeks PP, and, stopped bleeding about 2 weeks ago....

I am pumping and feeding, drinking a lot of water, and eating enough I think.... could this feeling be related to giving birth? I am just so scared I will be holding DD and may pass out when no one else is home!!!

I felt like that the day I came home with DD from the hospital. One minute I was fine, then after I took a shower that's when it hit me. When I took DD to her 1 week appt, her ped asked how I was feeling and I mentioned the dizziness and being lightheaded. She said that it could be enemia and suggested that I continue my iron supplements. I did that and it went away. Talk to your ob/gyn about it.

Is your BP okay? I would have that checked just to make sure. Anemia is a likely cause also. Give your doc a call.
