Light colored boots/shoes

I recently got a great deal on a pair of boots that I love - problem is I can't figure out what to wear with them!

They are a very light camel color, suede, and I'd like to wear them over jeans. But every shirt color I try, I feel it looks strange...Can anyone show me examples of light colored shoes or boots and what top you wear with them? Maybe I'm just used to wearing dark shoes (all my other shoes are either dark brown, black, or flip flops!!)

I don't have a picture but I wear light camel colored shoes with all kinds of tops/shirts. I think a camel color goes with a lot of colors.

I love the way dark/medium jeans look with light colored shoes. You can wear anything brown with that. White too.
