Liev Schreiber Confirms Naomi Watts is Pregnant

After weeks of speculation, Liev Schreiber confirmed that he and his girlfriend Naomi Watts are expecting their first child together last night on Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

Watts has remained mum, no pun intended, on the matter even as photos surfaced of her sporting a tiny pot belly, clearly seen at Sunday night's Oscars under her empire waist gown. Escada, the gown's designer, didn't help matters either when it released a press statement saying the dress was made to "set off her most precious new asset - the baby she is expecting" with Schreiber.

Schreiber didn't spill any more beans on the pregnancy, but says he won't name the child after him because his name is too hard to pronounce and also reveals that Watts has been a "party girl" since she's been with-child. The "King Kong" star and past Oscar nominee couldn't wait to go to the Academy Awards and thought it was a privilege for their unborn child to attend its first ceremony, he says.

Watts, who has long expressed her desire to become a mother, and Schreiber have been together for almost three years.

I thought so! Nicole Kidman and her seemed like they were hiding something when they were talking to a reporter at the Oscars. The reporter asked about them about their nights out and I forgot their answer but it made me speculate.

That dress definitely didn't hide the baby bump. If she was really trying to deny it still, she should have worn black or navy, you know?
