LICE help!
DD has lice!
I did Nix and took 3 hrs pulling out bugs and nits! But I know I may have missed some.
Washed linens, threw stuffed animals in dryer, washed clothes, checked other kids.
I did 2 doses of Nix. Probably shouldn't have. But the bugs were still alive after the first. I won't do it again.
Do I have hope that this is over?

not over yet but there is hope
first you should notify all the people you dd has been around the last 2-4 weeks.
over the counter products are not meant to be used two times in a row, they are toxic, so don't use anymore. Those products only kill adults but it takes 2 weeks, not nymphs or nits they have no nervous system, you will have to buy a better comb not the one with NIX, they don't work as well. Lice scent mark which will attract other lice so once treated you should use mint or tea tree oil as lice do not like the smell of mint. The hair should be pulled tight and placed in a bun one the mint is on. you can buy natural products/kit from a local lice company on LI. Put brushes and clips etc in a bag/freezer for 24/36 hours before using again.
hope this helps.

I am going to run to Ulta and grab the Fairy Tale brush. Hopefully that will help. And the stuff that goes with it.
Thanks!

LICE help!
My niece just had lice. Her mom couldn't get rid of it the fairy lice mothers were the only thing that worked. They are a little expensive but she says it was the best money she's spent. Good luck!

LICE help!
Fairy Tale stuff has tons of great reviews!
I use the repel spray on AJ every morning before school as preventative! Actually I use it in my hair when I don't feel like pulling out my hair after a bath to comb! LOL It works wonders! if it can make MY hair easier to brush trust me.. its good stuff! The lice repellant part is just an added bonus!
Good Luck!
