LI-IVF and the urologist for ICSI

Hi. Has anyone done IVF-ICSI with LI-IVF and the urologist they use? Did you have a hard time scheduling TESE because of the urologist's schedule?

My husband and I want the first IVF cycle to be fresh, so that means we don't want to do TESE and freeze the sperm. Well, since I can't go on The BCP they are telling me that my AF may come to soon or late for that cycle to fit into the urlogist's schedule later in the month. Meaning I could have to wait another cycle

I am just wondering if anyone has had this problem before. I am scared it could take months for his schedule and mine to collide.

We did see the urologist associated with LI IVF, but did not have to have the TESE procedure. Sorry I can't be of help, but good luck to you!
