Lets talk winter "crocs"

My child hates shoes. Seriously its a fight EVERY morning.

The only shoes he likes are his crocs, but its to darn cold for them now...

So Im thinking of buying these...I just think they are soo ugly, however if they save me a battle each morning -then whatever!

Anyone have these??? Are they warm??

Am I crazy?

Re: Lets talk winter "crocs"

I dont have, but know people who do.. they love them, and yes warm.. bad part is that the fur gets dirty easily. Not sure if that part comes out to wash tho?

Re: Lets talk winter "crocs"

My niece has them, loves them also wears them with socks.

So i take it they work well.

i always would see kids in my docs office wearing them and the moms would say how they were warm and easy to have them slide on.

Yes the fur part comes out so you can actually throw in wash.

We bought princess ones for Alex - I'm not a big fan because they keep falling off her feet, and they get SO dirty in the playground. School actually asked me not to send her in them anymore.

I have the same issue with my son every morning so I bought him a pair from the Children's place ($10.50). I also bring a pair of sneakers to my mom's house in case she wants to take him to the park. They're not practical to wear to the park.

Re: Lets talk winter "crocs"

I have them for DD and she loves them.
Shes 2 yrs old and every morning, when I have to drive DS to school she puts them on all by herself.. and she feels like a big girl.

I dont think they look bad.. I have seen worse looking shoes then this...

Re: Lets talk winter "crocs"

I got them for Josh about a month ago. He loves them...perfect for slipping on to go to the store and the mailbox.

He actually keeps them by his bed and puts them on in the AM.

Steven had PolliWalks (like Crocs) and LOVED them!!! He would put them on and dance around. I didn't get them because I went with the Uggs. He seriously loves his Uggs and hates to take them off Chat Icon

I actually kinda like them in pink for Gilly. BUT I do agree with you about the warmth factor. i am not getting it and also if they get wet...YUCK!!!!!!!! Give it a shot, they are all over the place so other children will be wearing them. See what ya think during the fall moths before it gets cold.

I bought Rylan a pair from Childrens Place. I hate them for adults but love them for kids.
