Lets talk nails...
I've had tips on for YEARS never had them off. I took them off on Monday to get a new set on but realized my nails are pretty long and not as brittle as I thought. So I am thinking of going to get a coating put on. Does anyone do this? One nail is a lot shorter than the other...are they going to have to cut all the other ones?

jo, its probably because of pregnancy. my nails are thin but when i got my gel taken off about 2 weeks PP, my nails were AWESOME, thicker than ever. It was because of pregnancy 
your nails will prob go back to normal, unfortunately.
what kind of coating? like a thin powder/gel?

It most likely is because of the pregnancy. My nails are looking awesome right now too!
I've used nail tek before and it worked pretty well. You put it on everyday and it strengthens your nails...
