leg pain, "heels" related?

i have really bad pains in my legs the past 2 days every nite... i realized that mon-wed i wore high heels everyday--usually i switch from sneakers to shoes at work..could this be related, i really feel like my legs r throbbing--to that point that i cant even do my cardio tonite

It most likely is a strain of the ant. tib. muscles in front of your shin... With that, you should obviously not wear heels for a little while, take some NSAIDs, and just rest. You can also fill a Dixie Cup up with water and freeze it and than rub it directly on the spot that hurts in little circles for five minutes as an ice massage.. Feet and shoes are usually the main reason for leg pain. HTH!

thanks girls! it just feels like i had an intense leg workout--and the only thing i can think of is that i wore high heels
