Endless Love by Scott Spencer
The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh
I was also really disappointed with The One and Only by Emily Giffin. I didn't hate it but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Least favorite books of 2014
I started Captivated by You in 2014 but finished it yesterday. I didn't like it at all - I thought it really dragged on and there wasn't much of a story line or any suspense like the other books. Hope the next one is better.

I know I'm the minority on this one... but i absolutely hated Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn.
It bored me to death... I only finished reading it to see if it got better...and it didn't.

I could not get into This is Where I leave You, I may watch the movie though
I had to stop reading The One and Only which was so dissapointing because she is one of my favorite authors but this book was terrible

Brooklyn which is going to be a movie this year, was horrible. I read it for a book club and it was my book.

There were a few really bad reads in 2014... the worst for me:
Dare Me by Megan Abbott- An awful book about awful people.
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot- Don't even get me started on how much that book pissed me off.
The Leftovers by Tom Perrotta- I read the book, watched the show, and still have no idea wtf is going on. Nor do I really care anymore.
