Leasing with an option to buy
someone I know is looking into this option, not in NY.
I know there was a post about this in the past... but I just wanted to know if anyone can tell me more about it?
what are the terms usually? for example, lets say that we're talking about a condo for $2K a month w/an option to buy. how does that work exactly?
