Lawyer question pertaining to Real Estate Law............
Is there anyone who might be able to offer some advice and or point me in the right direction or be able to help?
This is in reference to doing a "Quit Deed Claim" as we were told we may need to do.

not a lawyer, but work in the title industry. I have dealt with Quitclaim Deeds before. What do you need to know?

Why would you be REQUIRED to get a quit claim deed?
Can you even get title insurance for a quit claim deed?
