Latest Progress on house w/ pics
Here's the latest on our house over the last 2 months (I have to take pics of our finished bathrm & the cleaned out mudroom, but currently don't have a camera).
When they graded the entire backyard
Grass slowly coming back
And recently w/ our new patio set
The fan DH installed in gazebo
Flagpole, wood pile & corn DH planted
Flag DH made out of fence pickets
Retaining wall at the end of our sidewalk DH built
Same wall w/ mulch & flowers
Back of house before
Mulch & flowers at back of house
Front of grass edged (probably first time in 20 yrs)
Our bathroom before
Dad painting our bathroom
New tiles in bathroom
DH cutting tile for bathroom
New light fixture in bathroom

Great job! Did you hire someone to do the backyard or did you do it yourself - we need to do that - our backyard is a mess!

We hired someone...the guy came w/ a bobcat at 8 am & didn't get out until 4pm...it was reasonable too. I don't have his # handy though...I'll find out when DH comes home.
